A man in a white hardhat and bright yellow safety vest stands outdoors in front of an electrical tower on a bright sunny day. He is holding rolled up blueprints and also reviewing a set of unrolled blueprints. The sky is clear blue. The man looks to be in his 30's to 50's. This clip would be useful for projects related to engineers, power, design, utilities and city development.
