A close up shows a cook sharpening a knife on a honing steel. The steel is held in one hand and the knife in the other, and the blade is drawn along the steel at an angle. A green cutting board is in the foreground on a stainless steel counter. The video could be used in projects about cooking, food preparation, and restaurants.
